Hey there friend, I’m Jacinta. Most days you can find me snuggled up with my pup Dalilah, hanging out at the beach or planning new ways to take over the world. I am most known for helping entrepreneurs launch, grow and scale their businesses to 6+ figures and people often refer to me as an expert in social media and digital marketing, but really, I just love a good success story.

I’ve always been a fashion lover, so much so that at the age of 9, my grandmother got called to my school because I refused to remove my crushed velvet and bejeweled hat that went with my outfit. My grandmother had my back (who do you think was buying these outfits lol) and I got to keep my hat on that day because it was 'part of my outfit'. Then, in 7th grade, an incredible teacher went out of her way (thanks Ms.Berry) to make a fashion class just for me so I could have a choice program I was interested in and excel at. But at 21 years old, as a broke college student working two jobs, is when fashion truly changed my life forever. I received an invite to a direct sales jewelry party (they were all the rage back in the day) and at that party I decided to become a jewelry sales rep. I thought pairing accessories, drinking wine and making some extra cash sounded like fun (and I was in college, I could use the extra boxed wine money, ya know?). What I didn’t know, was that jewelry party would turn into a 12-year direct sales career where I was a Top 1% seller, million dollar earner and expert team builder for companies like lia sophia and Park Lane Jewelry. I even accepted the role as National Director of Sales & Field Training at fashion tech company Stella & Dot. As a trainer in the social selling space I have helped over 50,000 women sell, grow and scale their products, teams and profits using social media and e-commerce.

As my expertise in the fashion industry grew, so did my career, and I started to embrace social media as a tool for selling. I started working a side-hustle as an Influencer and began pitching and creating partnerships with brands like LTK, Gucci, Express, Target, Amazon, Nordstrom, Sephora and many others so I could make a commission wearing and sharing products I genuinely love and use. I then opened a successful Amazon storefront and even launched my own clothing boutique, Jacinta The Label. 

As others started seeing my success, the requests for my help and guidance started to roll in and that’s how Devlin Consulting and the Dream+Create Online Coaching Community came to be. My goal is to help as many women as possible be successful in business, so now I'm sharing my techniques and processes as a Business Coach teaching entrepreneurs who are looking for results how to drive sales, leads and conversion through digital marketing, social selling and e-commerce.
